Wellesley Broomfield is True Vine's business organizer and motivator. Pastor Wes is an extremely gifted leader. He serves as an associate Pastor, and is responsible for the Refuge and Missions Ministry.

Pastor Wes is known for his friendly demeanor, and his ability to empathize with the flock. He is a Certified "7 Habits" Instructor, and currently serves as a Field Service Manager for the McDonald's Corporation. The Broomfield Family partners a successful network marketing business.

His wife, Norma, son, Aaron, and daughter, Kelsey, join Pastor Wes in his Ministry. The Broomfield family makes their home in Englewood, New Jersey.
