Juan Rawls, CPA serves as an Associate Pastor, and the ministry's Chief Financial Officer. He is an experienced public accountant, former Vice President of a major regional bank and a certified behavior consultant.

Pastor Juan is a gifted teacher, pastor, leader and motivator. He heads TVCC's Cell Group and is the Youth pastor. Pastor Juan has spearheaded leadership and entrepreneurial development seminars within the local community.

He makes his home in Englewood and is joined by his wife Victran, his sons Elijah and Joshua, and daughter Laurice.
